You've seen the official Lego Star Wars UCS sets, right? They're pretty jim-dandy. Well, and now people are building their own UCS models of other sets. One time at some unnamed Star Wars Lego fansite, I saw a version of the Speeder Bike used in Return of the Jedi. No offense to the builder, but it sucked. So, I was sitting around holding some brown plates when the thought occured to me that maybe I should build my own. Fortunately, I had a really nice Hasbro toy version of the Speeder Bike nearby, to use as a reference. It's a small model, but it is pretty damn cool, so I made instructions. Mostly so I could rebuild it if it ever got smashed. But hey, maybe you can build it too! Maybe you'll even find a flaw in my model and improve the overall design. That's what we share for, right? Or is it to stroke our own egos? Ah, whatever. I took the time and the trouble to put these instructions on the web, so you should build it. Enough said.
